Jakarta, Armfalcon.com – The price of gold bullion at PT Pegadaian was stagnant in today’s trading, Friday (12/5/2023) after world gold slumped in yesterday’s trading.
In trading Thursday (11/5/2023) the price of gold on the spot market closed at US$ 2,015.55 per troy ounce. The price is sloping 0.69%.
Gold weakened after the US dollar returned to strength. The dollar index closed at 102.06 yesterday. This position is the highest in the last eight days.
The US dollar strengthened because the market was not sure about changes in policy by the US central bank The Federal Reserve (The Fed) going forward.
Pegadaian itself sells various types of gold, namely Antam gold, Antam Retro, Antam Batik, and UBS. Various sizes are sold, ranging from 0.5 grams to 1,000 grams.
In today’s trading, the price of 1 gram of Antam’s gold is still priced at IDR 1,099,000. The price has not moved compared to yesterday.
This gold is available from 0.5 grams to 1,000 grams.
Meanwhile, 1 gram of Antam Retro gold costs IDR 1,069,000. The price is stable when compared to the previous day.
Antam Retro Gold is old packaged gold where the gold coins and the certificate are separate. Antam Retro Gold was last produced in 2018, and is available from 0.5 grams to 100 grams.
Finally, the price for UBS gold issued by PT Untung Bersama Sejahtera is IDR 1,063,000 per gram. The price also hasn’t changed compared to yesterday.
The available UBS gold is complete, ranging in size from 0.5 grams to 1,000 grams.
