The Homecoming Season is Getting Closer, Vehicle Insurance is Selling Well

Jakarta, Armfalcon.com- The Financial Services Authority (OJK) recorded an increase in insurance premium income, until February 2023 insurance premiums in general reached IDR 54.11 trillion or grew 9.88%.

Chairman of AAUI, Budi Herawan, said that the increase in purchases of motorized vehicles after the pandemic was one of the drivers for the increase in vehicle insurance premiums. It is also hoped that the Ramadan and Idul Fitri periods will become the “motor” for increasing insurance premiums.

In agreement with AAUI, Director of Business Development for Asuransi Jasindo, Diwe Novara, also revealed that purchases of vehicle protection directly from customers to Jasindo increased by up to 19% in line with the increase in automotive purchases.
