Special Staff for the Minister of Finance, Yustinus Prastowo, has resigned as Commissioner Adhi Karya

Special Staff of the Minister of Finance Yustinus Prastowo resigned as commissioner of PT Adi Karya (Persero) Tbk.

This is in line with the appointment of Prastowo as commissioner of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk based on the results of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

“On April 18, 2023, the company received a resignation letter for Mr. Yustinus Prastowo from the position of commissioner of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk,” said Corporate Secretary Adhi Karya Farid Budiyanto as quoted in the information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Thursday (27/4) ).

Farid emphasized that Prastowo’s resignation had no impact on the company’s operational activities, financial condition and business continuity.

He also revealed that in the future Adhi Karya will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).

Separately, Prastowo revealed that the resignation was made so that he would not hold concurrent positions.

“I became a commissioner as a shareholder assignment, namely the Ministry of Finance. Because I was appointed to a new place (Semen Indonesia), I had to resign from Adhi so as not to hold multiple positions,” he explained to Armfalcon.com.com.

At the 2023 AGMS, Semen Indonesia appointed Prastowo as Commissioner, Saor Siagian as Independent Commissioner, Subhan as Director of Business and Marketing, and Reni Wulandari as Director of Operations.

The meeting also decided to honorably dismiss Astera Primanto Bhakti as Commissioner, Aas Asikin Idat as Independent Commissioner.

Then, Aulia Mulki Oemar as Director of Business and Marketing, and Adi Munandir as Director of Supply Chain.

Main Director of Semen Indonesia Donny Arsal stated that the company will increase product and service innovations to improve performance in 2032.

In addition, strengthening the distribution network and optimizing production facilities as well as increasing operational activities will also be maximized.
