Recurring Insurance Cases, Must Be More Fierce?

Jakarta, Armfalcon.com – Fraud committed by a former Sinar Mas Insurance agent has added to a row of insurance cases. The recurrence of these cases raises questions about the role of the OJK in supervising this sector.

Rinto Wardhana, Managing Partner of Rinto Wardana Law Firm, said that so far the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has not been maximized. Rinto said that the OJK only moved when a new case appeared to the public.
