This became the main focus of the Main Director of PT KPI, Taufik Adityawarman, when visiting the Pertamina Refinery in the Plaju area, Palembang, South Sumatra, on Monday (17/04). He emphasized that in an effort to support the performance of the RAFI Task Force, PT KPI optimizes crude oil management in accordance with the existing refinery capacity.

“We continuously improve the reliability of our refinery through routine maintenance, strict supervision, and implementation of high safety and security standards,” he said in a written statement, Monday (17/04).

The Pertamina Plaju refinery, one of the refineries owned by PT KPI, is also on standby for 24 hours to monitor production operations to ensure smooth distribution of fuel and LPG.

“We are also increasing capacity secondary refineries and product conversions as much as possible by managing and utilizing the available stock,” he added.

With the commitment of PT KPI and the RAFI Task Force, it is hoped that they will be able to provide optimal service to the community in meeting energy needs during this important period, as well as maintaining the availability and smooth distribution of fuel and LPG throughout Indonesia.

This support can certainly provide security and comfort for people who will travel back and forth during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr.
