The Ministry of Finance (Ministry of Finance) issued government bonds (SUN) by means of a private placement of IDR 307.11 billion in order to place funds for the taxpayer’s Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS).
Armfalcon.com, JAKARTA — The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) issues state bonds (SUN) by means of private placements IDR 307.11 billion for the placement of funds for the taxpayer’s Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS). In an official statement received, Friday (26/5/2023), the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management of the Ministry of Finance noted that there were two series of SUN issued, namely FR0099 with a value of IDR 259.58 billion and USDFR0003 worth 3.19 million US dollars or equivalent to IDR 47.53 billion.
The SUN issuance transaction was carried out on May 22, 2023. However, the transaction results were recorded only on May 25, 2023.
Series FR0099 has a coupon of 6.4 percent, while USDFR0003 has a coupon of 3 percent. Both SUN have fixed coupons (fixed rate) or the coupon rate given does not change until maturity.
Both of them will mature on January 15 2029 and January 15 2032 respectively. The two SUN series are tradable (tradable) on the secondary market.
