Through this application, it is hoped that it can encourage the application of risk attitudes and behavior at all times. Jasindo people so that it becomes the culture of the Company and makes the Company more resilient in facing risks.
The implementation of the GRC system will have an impact on improving the risk management process in each work unit so that operational/business processes are maintained including making decisions that guarantee risk protection for Policyholders. Along with market demands and increasingly stringent regulations, Asuransi Jasindo feels that implementing GRC is an absolute necessity.
“The implementation of the GRC application is expected to help the company be on track so that it can continue to provide optimal service for all Indonesian people,” said Cahyo Adi, Group Head Corporate Secretary of Asuransi Jasindo in Jakarta (10/5).
The GRC application developed by Jasindo is an integrated system, covering three aspects, namely governance, risk management and compliance. This system is designed to strengthen corporate governance so that companies can carry out their business with integrity.
In its implementation, Jasindo has conducted trials and improvements to the application, so that it does not cause obstacles or difficulties in its use. This year, the GRC application will be developed which integrates with the IFG Holding system so that it can implement an integrated risk management information system.
“With this GRC application, we believe we can provide better quality guarantee protection to policyholders, manage risk more effectively, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of our services for customer satisfaction, ” he concluded.
