Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Road Records 105 Thousand Vehicles Have Left Jakarta

Armfalcon.com, BEKASI — PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) noted that as many as 105,992 vehicles have left Jakarta heading east from D-7 to D-6 Eid 2023. The public is required to prepare vehicles in roadworthy condition before making the trip homecoming .


Quoting data from Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Monday (17/4/2023), the total volume of vehicles leaving the Jakarta area through the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT) has increased by 75.75 percent compared to normal traffic of 60,308 vehicles.


Vice President Corporate Secretary and Legal at JTT, Ria Marlinda Paallo, added that Trans Java toll road users should prepare themselves before entering a trip on the toll road.


“Make sure you and your vehicle are in prime condition, always comply with health protocols according to government recommendations when in rest areas, ensure sufficient fuel and electronic money balances, and comply with signs and directions from officers in the field,” he said in a written statement, Monday (17 /4/2023).


Meanwhile, JTT also records traffic flow on the Trans Java Toll Road in Central Java and East Java as follows:


1. Central Java Region


– GT Kalikangkung


The volume of GT Kalikangkung vehicles bound for Semarang, on D-7 to D-6 Eid al-Fitr 2023, was recorded at 57,682 vehicles, an increase of 77.28 percent from normal traffic of 32,538 vehicles. There were 31,284 vehicles leaving Semarang, a decrease of 7.19 percent from the normal traffic of 33,708 vehicles.


– GT Banyumanik


On D-7 to D-6 Eid al-Fitr 2023, there were 64,962 vehicles going to Semarang via GT Banyumanik, an increase of 22.84 percent from normal traffic of 52,885 vehicles. There were 48,528 vehicles leaving Semarang, a decrease of 7.98 percent compared to normal traffic of 52,736 vehicles.


2. East Java Region


– GT Warugunung


On D-7 to D-6 Eid al-Fitr 2023, there were 42,515 vehicles heading to Surabaya via GT Warugunung or an increase of 0.93 percent compared to normal traffic of 42,123 vehicles. There were 38,639 vehicles leaving Surabaya via GT Warugunung or a decrease of 3.77 percent compared to normal traffic of 40,151 vehicles.


– Main Kejapan GT


On D-7 to D-6 Eid al-Fitr 2023, there were 52,994 vehicles bound for Surabaya, down 24.04 percent from normal traffic of 69,769 vehicles. There were 53,375 vehicles leaving Surabaya, a decrease of 28.71 percent from normal traffic of 74,872 vehicles.


– GT Singosari


On D-7 to D-6 Eid al-Fitr 2023, there were 25,695 vehicles heading for Malang, down 18.06 percent from normal traffic of 31,316 vehicles. There were 24,305 vehicles leaving Malang, a decrease of 19.08 percent from normal traffic of 30,036 vehicles.
