Government Confiscates Assets of 3 Debtors Related to Arrears on BLBI Debt of IDR 1.6 T

Task Force for Handling State Billing Rights Liquidity Assistance Fund Bank Indonesia (Task Force BLBI) through the Affairs Committee accounts receivable The State (PUPN) has again confiscated the assets of debtors who have not completed their obligations to the government.

Today, there are three debtors whose assets have been confiscated because they have total receivables from the government of up to IDR 1.6 trillion. The three are PT Eraska Nofa, PT Detta Marina and PT Samaeri Mitracipta Nias.

The confiscation of PT Eraska Nofa was carried out on 168 parcels of land covering an area of ​​290,810 square meters (m2) located on Jalan Kranggan Wetan, Jatirangga Village, Jatisampurna District (dh. Pondok Gede), Bekasi Regency, West Java Province.

These assets are collateral items from PT Eraska Nofa which were confiscated in the context of settling debt obligations to the state which have not been fulfilled so far, amounting to Rp. 12.120 billion and US$ 7.843 million or the equivalent of Rp. 117.65 billion (assuming an exchange rate of Rp. 15 thousand per US dollar). excluding Administration Fee for Management of State Receivables (BIAD) 10 percent.

Furthermore, the confiscation of assets was carried out to PT Detta Marina which is a debtor of the former IBRA which is currently being managed by the Ministry of Finance with guarantors, namely Kim Johanes Mulia (Director), Stanley Gouw (President Director), Nori Cendrawati (President Commissioner), George Gouw (Commissioner ), and H. Amril Rasyid (Commissioner).

The assets seized were in the form of a plot of land and a building on it with an area of ​​35,765 square meters according to SHGB No. 171 which is located at Jalan Raya Bogor KM 28, Kel. Pekayon, Kec. Pasar Rebo, City of East Jakarta. The asset value based on the sales value of the tax object is estimated at IDR 556.292 billion.

These assets are collateral from PT Detta Marina which were confiscated in the context of settling debt obligations to the state which have not been fulfilled so far, in the amount of US$69.198 million or around Rp.1.03 trillion, not including the 10 percent BIAD.

Then, the confiscation was made to PT Samaeri Mitracipta Nias in the form of four plots of land including the building on it with a total area of ​​62,140 m2 which is located in Botohili Sorake Village, Kec. Luahagundre Maniamolo, Kab. South Nias or known as Sorake Beach Resort.

The four plots of land are collateral items confiscated in an effort to settle PT Samaeri Mitracipta Nias’ obligations to the state which have not been fulfilled so far, an amount of IDR 49.231 billion, including a 10 percent BIAD.
