Facing the increasing public homecoming, BNI this time prepared 86 branch offices and 48 locations for BNI Mobile Services (O-Branch) placements. BNI also ensures that 168,733 Agen46, 13,407 ATM/CRM, and 375,538 EDC are also operating optimally.
BNI Network & Services Director Ronny Venir said the company was enthusiastic to see the increasing public interest in facing Eid this time, which is estimated to be 123 million people going home to welcome Eid al-Fitr 1444H. In order to maintain convenience in every banking transaction, BNI deploys all channels so that people can enjoy the Eid holidays more comfortably.
“We welcome the celebration of Eid Al-Fitr in 2023. Of course, we will continue to strengthen the readiness of our channel to make people more comfortable,” he said.
Ronny Venir explained that branch operations were limited to serving Deposit Transactions, Withdrawals, Transfers among BNIs, OPBS Redemption, Tax Payments, BULOG Transactions and other transactions.
O-Branch will also be placed at strategic points on the homecoming route during homecoming and return flows to serve money withdrawal transactions in collaboration with Bank Indonesia through the SERAMBI 2023 program, cash withdrawals, online interbank purchases and tapcash top-up transactions, namely 15 O-Branch in Rest Areas along the Toll Road which is the homecoming route on the islands of Sumatra and Java, 4 O-Branch at terminals/stations/airports and 29 O-Branch at several points of commercial centers, crowd centers and squares.
Agen46 will also always be on guard for many needs such as Account Opening, Withdrawal, Deposit, Payment & TapCash Top Up for the public during the Eid holidays.
In addition, Ronny Venir said that BNI also continues to maintain the capacity and capability of BNI e-channel services such as BNI Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, SMS Banking, BNI Direct and ATM/CRM machines which will continue to operate 24 hours non-stop.
“We hope that people can be more comfortable using BNI e-channel services, which are of course not only fast and easy, but also safe in every transaction process,” he said.

– April 19, 2023 (09.00-14.00): 68 outlets serving BNI deposit/withdrawal/transfer/account opening transactions, Pertamina BBM deposits, Bank Notes transactions
– April 20, 2023 (10.00-12.00) : 64 special outlets serving Pertamina fuel deposits
– April 21-23 : No Limited Operations
– April 24, 2023 (10.00-12.00) 64 special outlets serving Pertamina fuel deposits
– April 25, 2023 (09.00-14.00): 64 outlets serving BNI deposit/withdrawal/transfer/account opening transactions, Pertamina BBM deposits, Bank Notes transactions
Ronny Venir also said that BNI also tries to maintain the convenience of its customer transactions abroad by arranging limited operating schedules and providing services at overseas branch offices (KCLN) which operate normally during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period. However, we made an exception for the implementation of Weekend Banking. at BNI Singapore KCLN which will be on holiday during Eid al-Fitr 22 and 23 April 2023,” he concluded.
Meanwhile, transactions related to the State Revenue Module (MPN) can still be carried out as usual during limited operations on 19 and 25 April 2023 or through our channel, while money transfer transactions (RTGS/Kliring) during the collective leave holidays and Idul Fitri 1444H are not operating. because it follows the holiday schedule from Bank Indonesia.
Meanwhile, RTGS/Clearing money transfer transactions on April 18 and April 26 2023 are still running normally.
